Our association is professionally managed by Home-Land Neighborhood Management, LLC. Formed in 2005, HLNM
manages all day-to-day activities of the association and provides advice to the HOA on matters that concern the property
owners of Saint Ives. They are also responsible for collecting annual assessments used to provide landscaping, irrigation,
lighting, insurance, and other association needs.
HLNM, LLC was formed by Brad D. Wilkinson, a real estate broker and attorney with offices in Flowood. Michele Harris, CPA oversees all the financial aspects of the association.
